People dream rainbow visions all winter then when we get into the field theres disillusions and mud and fuss and contradictions, such strong feeling

The conch blowers would circle the announcing. When they return the circle begins. First, one round with the talking stick where everybody could say a few words, or sing, or be silent, and we all listen.
Then, agendas what needs to be done and decided, bouncing across the circle, rotas, problems, workshops, ideas, discussions, offers, etc.
Then, before closing, another complete circle of the listening stick.
