All who come in peace are most welcome to attend the camp, and there is no need to book in advance for the camp but please please do not turn up before the start of the camp on 26th July, unless you have specifically agreed with the camp co-ordinators that you can do this, as this would not be fair on the farmer and his workers, the crew who will putting the camp up, and the farm animals whose home is on site until they go elsewhere..

Queries about turning up early should be directed to the co-ordinators. Those who turn up early are expected to actively work hard as unpaid crew towards the set up of the camp.

  • Rail:
  • To Derby (easiest), 15 miles from Ashbourne
  • bus 109 from Derby to Ashbourne
  • Taxi 5 miles from Ashbourne about £9
  • The camp site is between Hulland Ward and Bradley on A517, the acute bend with the telephone box.

    From Ashbourne turn left and immediately into first gate on left from Belper turn right and immediately first gate on left.

    109 bus from Derby goes straight past site.
    Get off after Hulland Ward on sharp bend with telephone box etc etc
